Fitness by Phone® is a proven method to get and stay in shape. To get started you are provided with 2 pieces of invaluable equipment to cart and monitor your progress. Both tools are small enough to fit in your pocket.

You are also provided with weekly workout sheets to fill out for aerobics and strength training. You meet with your coach for a minimum of 30 minutes once a week.

Usually clients sign on for 16 week increments. In that amount of time you will be getting noticeable results and will have learned how to create workouts that blend with your lifestyle.

Addtionally, you will learn various training techniques so you can work out anywhere at anytime. Fitness by Phone® teaches you how to create and modify your own exercise routines, what to do when you hit a plateau and how to spice things up to keep it interesting.
