Fitness instructor and diet counselor after 20+ years as a group exercise
leader and fitness trainer.
In addition to teaching weekly palates mat and strength training classes, Charlotte
can work with you, the client, at her studio, at your home, on the phone or
online. With the added dimension of nutrition education you, the client, are
provided with the tools you need to make changes in your life that last.

All that is required for the success in this program are the elements of curiosity
and commitment. With these two ingredients you'll be able to learn what you need
to do for yourself to align your goals with your reality and stick with the program
until you've attained total satisfaction. By then your lifestyle will reflect
your most creative dreams. Your level of fitness and health will give you boundless
energy and stamina for all your endeavors.
The usual amount of time it takes to see visible results with any fitness program
is 12 to 16 weeks, working out 3 or 4 times a week. You will notice BIG changes.
With the added bonus of nutritional coaching (1-4) sessions you'll experience
